• Guests should be aware that this property is on a steep terrain. Children must be supervised at all times.
  
• Check-in/out times must be strictly adhered to because our cleaners need sufficient time between guests to properly clean. For the Ledge check-in time is anytime after 4pm, check-out by 11am. For the Study, check-in anytime after 3pm, check-out by 10am. 

• No pets. We cannot have pets on our property due to the steep terrain and the promise to our other guests that we are a pet-free home. Do not book our place and expect to bring your pet. If you have a service animal, please book in one of the many cabins in the Hocking Hills that are pet friendly. 

• All wheel drive vehicles will be necessary during wintery months. The owners of Lost Cavern will not be held liable for damage to vehicles or injuries due to wet, icy or snowy conditions. 

• Upon your arrival, contact us immediately if you notice any problems with the cabin to avoid being held responsible for any damage to the cabin and property. After your stay, we will inspect the property and will charge accordingly to fix/replace any damage caused by the renters. 

• Load and start the dishwasher before departure. 

• Firearms and fireworks are not permitted on our property. 

• No excessive noise, partying.

• No refunds: including electricity and/or internet outage, or in the event appliance failure (we will work to fix as quickly as possible).

Liability: Renters agree to assume all responsibility for any accident, injury, or damage that may result within the cabin or throughout the Lost Cavern property. The owners of Lost Cavern and the property shall not be held liable, or responsible for such injury, accident, or damage. Guests assume the risk involved with the use of the cabin, including but not limited to the stairs, uneven terrain, rocks, trees and tree limbs, hot tub, steep inclines, the driveway and parking, any and all rental facilities, and agree to hold harmless and indemnify the owners from any and all claims and liability of any nature that may arise by reason of the use of the same renter or others using the same. Children must be under adult supervision at all times and guests will be responsible to compensate Lost Cavern for any damages caused by children occupying the rental premise. Damages caused by the guest will be paid for by the guest. By placing a reservation with us, guests acknowledge that they have read and agree to these rental policies.
